Combine yeast and milk. Allow to sit 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except flour. Mix well. Gradually add flour until dough forms soft ball and is smooth and elastic. Knead. Let rest until doubled in size. Punch down. Roll out bubbles and roll up and shape dough into loaf. Pinch ends. Place in desired pan. Rise until doubled. Bake at 350°F for 25-28 minutes or golden brown.
