Valerie’s White Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients:

  • 283 g. lukewarm water
  • 21 g. honey
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. instant yeast
  • 37 g. dry milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 482 g. all-purpose flour

    Class 6 – Bread machine

     

    Directions:

    Place all ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. When bread is done, remove from pan to cool.
