Heat milk, honey and oil together; cool to lukewarm. Mix together 2 cups flour, salt and yeast. Combine with milk mixture. Blend at low speed with electric mixer for 1 minute, then on medium for 2 min. By hand, stir in remaining flour. Knead on floured surface for 5 min. Place in greased bowl, turning to grease surface. Cover, let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch dough down, shape into desired roll style. Place in a muffin pan and let rise until doubled, about 30-60 min. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Bake until tops of rolls are a deep golden brown and sound hollow when tapped, about 10-15 min. Remove from pans to cool on a wire rack. Brush hot rolls with butter.
Yield: About 28 rolls.
