Place water, butter, sugar and salt in mixer bowl. Mix slightly. Add 2 cups flour and mix slightly. Add yeast and enough flour, kneading until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Knead 4-6 min. When dough stretches and light shines through without breaking, it is ready to form into loaves. Shape and place into 2 loaf pans. Let rise until almost doubled. Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF for 32 minutes.
Yield: 2 loaves.
