Directions:

Dissolve sugar in warm water, then add yeast and wait to proof. Then mix oil into yeast mixture. In a separate bowl, mix flours and salt together. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture, 1 cup at a time. Mix after each addition of flour until a soft dough forms. Knead dough 3 to 5 minutes. Place dough in an oiled bowl, turning to coat the top and sides of dough. Allow dough to rise for 1 hour. Punch down dough, then use a rolling pin to roll out dough on a floured surface to get bubbles out. Form into 2 loaves and place each loaf in a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Let rise for 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Butter the top of loaves after taking out of oven and let cool.
